ジュネーブ会合 9日目の動き
3月23日10時（日本時間18時）に始まったジュネーブ会合9日目。
この日は、午前に、SBSTTA/SBI/OEWGの合同プレナリーを実施し、ここまでの交渉の進捗状況を共有しました。その後、SBSTTAの議論に移り、「外来種」「海洋（EBSA)」の途中までを行いました。午後に、ポスト2020枠組みCG5（電子化された塩基配列情報（ＤＳＩ）を検討、夕方にSBSTTAコンタクトグループ「モニタリング」、SBIコンタクトグループ「資金メカニズム」を行いました。
進捗状況
報告された進捗を下記にまとめます。
国際会議の議論は、ドラフト（草案）検討 ＞ Non-Paper：CRP（次掲載）手前の議長提案文書 ＞ CRP文書（Conference Room Paper：締約国の意見を集約して作成された決定案。プレナリーで検証する（コンタクトグループなどで十分に検討された場合、プレナリーで手続き的に検討したことにしてL文書になる場合もある））） ＞ L文書（Limited Circulation：ほぼ合意に至った文書。文法その他法務チェックを今後受けるため、回覧限定の名前で呼ばれる） ＞ 採択と決定（DeisicionまたはCOPへの勧告案（Recommendation to COP））という段階を取ります。
下記のメモは、大変分かりにくいですが、合意文書の熟度として、L＞CRP＞Non-Paperという理解をして、どこまで進んでいるかの目安としてとらえていただければ幸いです。
