4日目（24日）の動き
ナイロビ会合4日目となりました。午前中はターゲット9（自然の恵み）、ターゲット10（第1次産業）と、ゴールBとCが検討され、ランチに資源動員目標、午後には本会議での進捗評価、夕食時間に資源動員目標と、PDCAサイクル、夜には、DSIと、目標14（政府の主流化）、目標115（企業活動への主流化）、目標16（市民への主流化）の議論がありました。DSIは不明ですが、目標16は、12時を越えてもなお継続されていました。

＜行動目標9 自然の恵み＞
[Ensure all management and uses] [Significantly increase the contribution of sustainable bioeconomy including through the use] of wild [terrestrial, freshwater and marine] species are sustainable, [Ensure benefits such as food security, water, livelihoods, for those most dependent on biodiversity through sustainable management and use of wider landscapes and seascapes], thereby providing social, economic and environmental benefits for all people, especially those in vulnerable situations, while safeguarding customary sustainable use by indigenous peoples and local communities. が原案で
論点としては、
・目標の射程を、野生生物種か、（家畜）種とするか、その対象の管理と利用の持続可能性の確保の記述の仕方
・持続可能な生物多様性関連製品やサービス（sustainable biodiversity-based product and services)という概念の扱い、その表記、促進／開発／持続可能な利用
・人々への（社会、経済、環境的）利益の（ ）内の形容詞を入れるか
・IPLCの慣習的利用の保障に関する表現の工夫
＜行動目標10 食料システム＞
Ensure that [all] areas under agriculture, aquaculture, [fisheries], forestry [and other productive uses] are managed sustainably, in particular through the sustainable use of biodiversity; contributing to [the long term] [efficiency, productivity] and resilience of these systems, conserving and restoring biodiversity and maintaining [its ecosystem services] [nature’s contribution to people, including ecosystem services]. がジュネーブ会合原案でした。この目標は一度は多くのカギカッコを外し、上手く進むと思いきや、進行役の度重なる制止したにも関わらず各国があれこれもと再び文言を入れ出し、最後は振り出しに戻るという進行をたどりました。
論点としては
・生産を、第1次生産に絞るか、鉱工業等の第2次生産に拡げるか
・農業に関する記述を多くさくか、農業や漁業や林業等にするか
・農業を含めた、生産性や生産効率の向上という概念を入れるか
などです。農業生態系、農業生物多様性、農業の生産性や生産効率の向上 あたりのキーワードの扱いが今後の鍵と言えそうです
＜本会議＞
午後に開かれた本会議では、現在の進行を振り返るとともに、COP15決定本体について協議を行いました。
黄色：残りの作業僅か、赤：多くの作業を要する
上記にある通り、綺麗な文章になったところはわずか、まだ半分近くに「赤信号」がともっている状態です。
